I reminded them that this was not much of an accommodation on their part since I could just refax the corrected withdrawal paperwork and pay them the same $90 fee that they are charging me to get the same exact result. They are eager to take your money, but after they have it you're screwed. They're customer service is designed in a way to get nothing done. I was advised that 65% of the funds that I deposit is allocated to investment and 35% goes to insurance. The supervisor said he could see my accounts on his screen but couldn't understand why they had been removed from my online dashboard. Hi, did you still continue your payments though? She failed to mention to me when she left State Farm, so that was another run around I had to figure out myself. To measure our success, we have partnered with Feefo that operates independently of AXA. It's almost my 4 years with AXA Axelerator, 3 years and 6 months to be exact. I can't even ask my sister about her experience as she has recently passed. I know I talked to the same guy both times because he was very hard to understand due to his accent. Not customer-oriented and dangerous. I am a policy holder of Axelerator as well and paying Php5,000.04 every month. However, the woman set up to train me was buzzing in my ear not to answer client inquiries without being licensed and there was miscommunication all over the place.I had another instance where a client was sent the wrong withdrawal form by the assistant which caused her to unexpectedly be taxed.This same assistant taught me to prefill social security numbers which I later found out was against company policy and this lead to someone’s account being wiped out by fraud. Great caring Agent, he was not the problem, I would not want to be with anyone else. I have interacted with this company numerous times. The available funds and the risks that they bear have been thoroughly discussed with me, and I have made my Fund Allocation decision based on my own judgment of and tolerance for these risks.
